With its adjacent data centre, this 30,000sqft office building for software designers Cheshire Data Systems is the first of four buildings planned for the Strata Campus development in Stockport.

To maximise flexibility the lifts stairs and entrance atrium were pulled to the outside leaving the main office space unrestricted and column free. Correct orientation, high levels of insulation combined with a 200sqm photo voltaic array makes the building very energy efficient.
