We were engaged by local developers Maddison Develop to refurbish the Coleman's Fireproof Depository on Park Road to provide generous loft style apartments.

Built in 1903 the building has been empty for the last 30 years. Highlighted in the Liverpool Echo's "Stop the Rot" campaign, we see this is a great opportunity to give this landmark building a new lease of life.
