Delivered in 3 phases, this refurbishment of 4 Grade II Listed warehouses in central Liverpool provided studio, cafe, rehearsal and performance space for businesses associated with the music and creative industries.

The works included extensive roof, timber and brick repairs with the insertion of new lifts, stairs and toilets to provide robust and flexible space for more than 70 young businesses.
