The college provides all the facilities for delegates on residential courses including classroom, laboratory, resource and en-suite accommodation.

The three storey accommodation block was backed into the trees to the north with its silhouette remaining below the tree line and curved form of the block reducing its visual impact. The palette of materials was chosen in response to the rural location and for their low maintenance potential. The project achieved a "Very Good" BREEAM rating and was completed in 2008.
